Today sees a raft of speeches from both the Bank of England and the ECB. This could well bounce GBP/EUR around through the day. The rate itself has been firmly locked in a sideways pattern following the unexpected 50 point hike by the Bank of England last week.
There's also a decent amount of US led data which could have an effect on GBP/USD rates through the day. The 2 highlights are durable good orders and consumer confidence.
The Bank of Canada is also reporting it's annualised inflation number where analysts are expecting 3.9% growth.
