Good morning,
The next 24 hours sees a whole raft of data and speeches. Expect movement!
Rates were largely unaffected in the previous 24 hours as the speeches delivered by the ECB and the BoE failed to move the markets.
So to today. There's speeches by members of the ECB to kick things off with. This is followed by German inflation numbers, US GDP data, speeches by the FED's Chairman, the Bank of England Governor and the President of the ECB, Chinese manufacturing data in the early hours of tomorrow, and finally UK GDP data for breakfast tomorrow. It's exhausting just writing the list out!
Anyone of these items could cause volatility.....or nothing at all. It's going to be an interesting 24 hours.
