The UK Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, is to host a group of investors today thought to be bringing £29.5 billion in new investment into the UK.
Some of those attending are Stephen Schwarzman, the chief executive of investment group Blackstone, David Solomon from Goldman Sachs and Jamie Dimon from JP Morgan Chase.
Whilst this may not have an immediate effect on Pound rates it does set the tone for the UK economy.
Outside of that it's a quiet day for news. There's a speech from the ECB President, Christine Lagarde, then UK's shop price index just after midnight.
The main currency to watch is the Australian Dollar with their retail sales out in the early hours followed by a speech from the Reserve Bank of Australia's Governor.
