The Halifax Reports Unexpected Rise In Prices - MI071123

The Halifax reported an unexpected monthly gain in house prices this morning. This further supports the report by the Nationwide last week, and may indicate the bottom has been reached in house prices.

Other than that it's a fairly quiet day for scheduled news except for a couple of speeches from FED members.
